This policy explains what data the Trili game and this website handle, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Trili is a game by Caos Center Studio, based in Mexico, which is responsible for the data described here. For any question or request about your data, write to us at soporte@playtrili.com.
This website
The site uses no tracking cookies or analytics. It only stores the language you chose in your browser. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
The game
Your progress, stars, coins and settings are saved on your device. The game doesn't ask you to create an account or for data such as your name or email. If you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress may also be saved in Google's cloud so you can restore it on another device; Google manages that copy under its privacy policy.
Ads
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure them, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, technical device data, your IP address (from which an approximate location is inferred) and your interactions with ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice in Settings > Ad privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Usage statistics
To understand how the game is played and improve it (for example, which levels are hardest), we use Google Analytics for Firebase. It collects game usage data, such as levels played, boosters used or ads watched, together with an installation identifier, technical device data and an approximate country. It doesn't use your advertising ID and isn't used to show you ads. Where the law requires it, it follows your consent.
Purchases
In-game purchases are processed by Google Play. We only receive the purchase confirmation so we can deliver what you bought; we never receive your card or payment details.
Notifications
If you allow it, the game reminds you about your daily bonus or your next level with local notifications. Your own phone schedules them and they send no data off the device. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
How long data is kept
Data saved on your device is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data. Usage statistics are kept for up to 14 months. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to help you. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Play Games is kept under Google's policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To delete the game's data, just uninstall it or clear its data from your phone's settings. For any other request, such as deleting the statistics linked to your installation, write to us at soporte@playtrili.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
Trili is aimed at an adult audience and isn't designed for children. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page along with its update date.
